Ventures

Here are the ventures I have founded or co-founded, each representing a journey of innovative ideas and collaboration. I have devoted my passion and expertise to these projects, guiding them toward impact within their respective fields.

School Farms — Farms for Climate, Education, Nutrition & Skills (CENS+)

Website: schoolfarms.org

School Farms is a pioneering non-profit organisation that transforms basic and senior high schools into practical hubs for agriculture, climate action, nutrition, and technical skills development. Founded on the belief that learning must be experiential, equitable, and future-focused, the School Farms model integrates:

  • Irrigated vegetable gardens and greenhouse farming
  • Mushroom production and aquaculture
  • Nourish Labs for nutrition and healthy-meal education
  • Student Pop-Market for agripreneurship
  • AgroMentoring for youth career development
  • A full curriculum-aligned CENS+ Toolkit for teachers

Through these initiatives, School Farms equips young people with life skills, boosts food security in schools, and supports climate-smart agricultural innovation across Ghana. Its impact has been nationally recognised — partner schools like Vane E.P. JHS have won regional awards for excellence in practical agriculture.
