Reach Out to Future Leaders Movement (ROFLM) was inaugurated in January, 2010 as a youth led organization to provide a platform for young people to contribute their quota to the development of the world. We provide Education on how young people can act on the greatest communal challenges, Empower them by helping them explore the challenges themselves and then engage them by providing them with the necessary tool kits to enable them achieve such change.

STRUCTURE
Central coordinating secretariat
It comprises of The Patrons, Board of Directors and Executive Director which is responsible for coordinating the management team of the organization.

HOW WE FUNCTION
ROFLM operates as a not-for-profit, non-governmental organization. ROFLM has the Board of Directors as the highest decision-making authority including policy direction, vision and strategy. The Management Team comprises of an Executive Director, Head of Directorates: Finance and Administration, Projects and Programs, Communications and Research, lead the daily running of the organization base on the direction of the Board of Directors.
Staff members and Volunteers performed tasked assigned by the Management Team in pursuance of achieving set objectives.

Our core areas of competency include: Youth Leadership Development Youth Entrepreneurship Youth Employment Community Development, Conflict Prevention and Resolution & Advocacy Youth in Agriculture
KEY PROGRAMS
ROFLM operates a curriculum that is reviewed seasonal to meet the growing demand and expectations of the 21st century. ROFLM operates in the following fields:
Youth Conferences, Business Start-Up Sessions, Community Based Projects, Social Media Sessions, Opportunity Fair, Youth In Advocacy, Volunteerism, Peace Building and Conflict Prevention Workshops, Talent Hunt Fair, 21st Century Skills Training Sessions
